To this end, NRPF conducts investment due diligence and produces reports which evaluate funds of retirement plans for use by NRP Member Firms. Through our network of advisors, NRPF also provides a variety of investment and insurance products, wealth management services, and other services to meet the needs of our clients, whether they are retirement plans, business entities, trusts or individuals. To provide high quality products and services to our clients, NRPF maintains contracts with mutual funds, insurance companies, REIT companies, direct participation programs, investment managers and other companies. NRPF also utilizes the clearing services of Pershing LLC and Bear Stearns Securities Corp. to execute and assist NRPF in filling customer orders of the purchase and sale of securities. Business Continuity Plan
NRPF maintains a business continuity plan defining our response to events that disrupt our normal business operations. This plan, which is reviewed annually and updated as necessary, includes actions as it relates to staffing, procedures, alternate operational facilities, data retrieval, systems and communication. It is intentionally designed to facilitate business continuation for events with varying levels of impact and takes into account the relationships we have with key service organizations. In the event of a significant business disruption, NRPF's implementation of the business continuation strategies will focus on recovery of critical operations with minimal disruption of service to our customers.
