Mr. Hazen is the former Chairman and CEO of Wells Fargo & Co., (NYSE: WFC). He retired from Wells Fargo in 2001 after three decades with the San Francisco bank. Mr. Hazen is currently a Director and Chairman of KKR Financial, Lead Independent Director of Safeway and Director of Xstrata Plc.”
