At NRP Financial, we want to hear your voice.  We want you to be a partner with us and we approach our relationship with a win-win attitude:  When you and your firm are successful, we are successful and vice versa.  We are committed to working with our partners on our shared goals of success.   There are several ways that we work to partner with our advisors, some of which are:

  • Board of Directors Positions (2 year term) – If elected by the Board, you could serve as a member of the NRP Financial Inc. Board of Directors.

  • Advisory Committee (1 year term) – You could serve as a member of our elite Advisory Committee of representatives who meet to discuss compliance, industry, operational and sales impacts to our firms and the industry.

  • Senior Management Team (SMT) Assignments – You choose the frequency and your assigned SMT member will have teleconferences with you regarding your goals, your successes and your needs.

  • Key Associates Conference Calls – Your key operational staff will have regular technical and procedural calls with our SMT and key operational support personnel to help them be as efficient as they can be, and to give them the opportunity to provide their own valuable input and feedback to our SMT members, allowing our firm to become more efficient in serving you.

Personalized Forms & Statements

  • At NRP Financial, we realize that you are truly an Independent Business Owner with your own branding and client recognition.  We understand that your clients do business with you, not because of your broker-dealer, but because of your relationship with them, the products, the services and the strategies which you employ.

  • We therefore, have tailored our forms and statements to allow you to brand your business.  You can include your logos and branch/representative information on the new account forms, clearing statements and various other locations to build your name recognition.  We do not stop there – you can even tailor brokerage statement messages and notifications to your clients, which allows you cost savings and high-touch communication with your clients.

Personalized Regulatory Mailings

  • At NRP Financial, we realize the importance of effective communication with your clients.  We view the regulatory disclosure and account verification mailings as an excellent tool in which to ensure accurate account information and to ensure full disclosure. 

  • We have therefore worked to employ efficient technology to comply with the regulatory mailings requirements while still allowing you to brand your branch.  We tailor the individual account and annual regulatory mailings to contain not only our information, but also your logos and branch/representative information. 

  • Our flexibility in automation provides both you and the broker-dealer the additional benefit of being able to adapt to new regulatory requirements while maintaining that personalized touch that is important to your client relationship.

  • At NRP Financial, we realize that although your business may be similar to other elite advisors in our industry, it is not the same.  We realize that elite advisors need flexibility in their broker-dealer to allow your office to be effectively managed for your specific business strategy.   We have built our firm’s service, technology and product platforms to allow that specialized flexibility that you may not be able to find at a larger broker-dealer. 

  • One core flexibility that you can enjoy as a partner with our firm is a choice of clearing platforms.  We are proud to offer our representatives two industry leaders in the clearing business:  Bear Stearns Securities Corp., and Pershing, LLC.  We feel that offering you this choice in selecting your clearing partner(s) gives you the power to make the best decision about your business and allows you to tailor your client service to meet your customer’s needs.
